TECHNOLOGY
Accelerated Reading- Students read and test on books using the Accelerated Reading program purchased by KSFS for Lake Powell School, our smallest and most remote school, in 2007. The student s were thrilled to finally have this widely used and effective reading program.
Kane Schools Foundation Board Members observe reading assessments at KES. Ipads, such as the one used here, were purchased by the Foundation for the school in 2012. This highly effective technology cuts the time it takes to test each student in half.
